Brian Huffman is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the real estate and construction industries. As the owner of Huffman Homes since January 2010, Brian has specialized in custom new homes and large renovations. He also serves as an associate broker with RE/MAX United of Michigan.
Prior to establishing Huffman Homes, Brian honed his skills and expertise through various roles at Pulte Homes from 1997 through 2005. While serving as a construction superintendent and then purchasing manager, he made significant contributions to construction operations, scheduling, procurement and cost management. His strategic vision prompted Pulte Homes to promote him to land manager where he worked with land entitlement and supervised infrastructure construction for residential projects.
In January 2005, Brian joined Redstone Group, serving first as the purchasing director. During his time in this role, he initiated and developed a formal purchasing department and implemented new systems to enhance operations across departments. After two years, Brian assumed the role of vice president operations, where he successfully led cross-functional teams across sales, purchasing, construction, and ownership until leaving to launch Huffman Homes in 2010.
In April 2021, Brian expanded his professional portfolio by joining RE/MAX United of Michigan as a full-time real estate salesperson. In September 2024, he was elevated to associate broker. Leveraging his extensive industry experience and in-depth market knowledge, he continues to excel in facilitating seamless transactions and delivering exceptional service to his clients.

Family: Brian’s wife of 24 years, Becky, is the 2nd generation owner of Gill Staffing. They have 3 children—Nicholas, a Junior at Michigan State University, and Abby and Amelia, seniors at Forest Hills Eastern.
